Youth Federation of Indigenous Nationalities, Nepal (YFIN) is an autonomous and politically non-partisan, national level common and umbrella organization of Adivasi Janajati (Indigenous Nationalities) specific youth's organizations established in 1999. The multiple roles that Nepalese indigenous youth play contribute to maintain preserve and promote the distinct identity of Indigenous peoples. Message from Chairperson
युवाहरू राष्ट्रको मेरुदण्ड हुन्। हाम्रो सक्रिय सहभागिता बिना समावेशी लोकतन्त्र, दिगो विकास र समान अधिकार सम्भव छैन। त्यसैले हामी सबै मिलेर हाम्रो संस्कृतिको संरक्षण, भाषाको प्रवर्द्धन, समान अवसरको सुनिश्चितता र सामाजिक रूपान्तरणमा अगुवाइ गर्न प्रतिबद्ध छौँ।
आजको विश्व प्रतिस्पर्धी युगमा युवाहरूलाई प्राविधिक सीप, ज्ञान र नेतृत्व क्षमताले सुसज्जित बनाउन महासंघ निरन्तर अघि बढिरहेको छ। हामीले हाम्रो अधिकारका लागि मात्र होइन, सम्पूर्ण नेपाली समाजको समृद्धि र शान्तिको लागि पनि सकारात्मक भूमिका निर्वाह गर्नुपर्नेछ।
अन्त्यमा, आदिवासी जनजाति युवाहरूलाई एकजुट भई समान अधिकार र अवसरका लागि संघर्ष गर्न तथा सामाजिक सद्भाव, सहकार्य र साझेदारीमार्फत हाम्रो साझा लक्ष्य हासिल गर्न म सबैलाई आह्वान गर्दछु।

Services
1. To develop unity for youth of indigenous Nationalities and fraternity among them.
2. To develop leadership and assist capacity building for youth of indigenous Nationalities by coordinating with their organizations.
3. To preserve and promotion of language, literature, script, religion, culture and education of indigenous nationalities and assist to acquire their rights.
4. To established the true social harmony and tolerance and endeavor in the unity building of the nation.
